Assist with a special private event hosted by Tulsa Remote at Tulsa Botanic Garden!
Volunteers will help with event setup and teardown, as well as welcome and direct guests throughout the Garden to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. This is a great opportunity to support a community event while engaging with visitors in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Meet at the Visitor Center Please arrive promptly by 4:00 PM. The volunteer shift will end at 9:00 PM.
Upon arrival, you will sign in, and a member of our staff will meet you and provide instructions for the evening.
What to Bring and Wear:
-We can provide gloves to borrow if needed (or feel free to bring your own)
-Bring a refillable water bottle
-Closed-toe shoes are required
-Long pants are recommended for comfort and safety
-Neutral-colored shirt
